U.S. health agencies issued an alert for pre-cooked meals from Walmart and Trader Joe's due to a Listeria outbreak, now linked to four deaths and 20 reported cases across 15 states. Consumers are urged to discard or return specific Marketside and Trader Joe's pasta products, as Listeria can cause serious illness, especially in vulnerable populations. "Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase,” the health agencies said.
