Given the recommended daily intake of 25 to 30 grams of fiber, a single avocado can contribute a substantial portion – between one-third and one-half – of your daily requirement. Increased fiber consumption is associated with longevity and a reduced risk of chronic diseases. Fiber-rich foods are crucial for digestion, aiding in blood sugar stabilization and lowering the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
